receiving your call.

All problems will be tracked, coordinated and escalated accordingly to ensure they will be resolved. Our consultants are well-versed in a wide range of desktop applications, especially Microsoft, Cisco and Juniper products.

- 24-hour daily support
- Inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
- 4-hour response time

READY I-NET MEASURE PLUS
– 8 hours x 5 days x 4 hours response

- 8-hour support per day, from Monday to Friday (exclusive of public holidays)
- From 8.30am to 5.30pm
- 4-hour response time
- Requests made after 4.00pm will be attended to on the next business day

Additional support required outside of the Service Level Agreement is
charged separately.
