Technical Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- To be overall responsible for all headcount that falls under the technical delivery team vehicle
- Plan out work process and engagement model between sales and technical team
- To develop and continuously refine project management methodology for project deliveries
- To do manpower resource planning for all sales and project delivery engagement
- To review with engineers on a quarterly to half yearly basis to ensure team morale
- Define technical partnership status and working relationship with identified product
vendors
- To ensure technical team has a continuous growth plan in terms of technical skill set inorder to take up more value-added projects
- Responsible for defining a Regional IT infrastructure for GROUP level
- To develop expertise and skill set within the technical team in order to enhance I-Net service offering
Requirements :
- Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Systems Integration or Project environment with a
technical role
- Extensive knowledge in Systems and Storage environment
- Microsoft Infrastructure
- VMWare
- Backup and Storage
- Experience in leading a technical team of diverse technical skill sets
- Strong proficiency in Project Management process
- Excellent People Management skills and Leadership Qualities
- Ability to Diagnose & Troubleshoot Systems
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
