• Provide pre-sales/consultation service to customers on the different system technologies
• Lead junior engineers in scoping solutions and resolution of problems
• To handle and managed projects successfully To be able to implement and support application server (Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Proxy, Lotus Notes, etc)
• To be able to manage and support Windows, UNIX and Linux system
• Be customer focused, regularly evaluating new technology, available external solutions, business practices, and best practice skills
• Providing quality Second-Level Support and Management of issues through to resolution
• Delivery of IT services, covering :
  - Escalation of problem management
  - Assessing configuration details from the configuration
    management database
  - Investigation of possible work-around
  - Problem control
  - Error Control
  - Proactive prevention of problems
  - Identification of Trends
  - Obtain and supply management information from problem
    management data

• Diploma or Degree in Computer or relevant qualifications
• At least 3 -5 years experience in systems and Storage technologies
• Able to work hard under tight schedules, independently or as a team and remain highly motivated
• MCSE and Storage certification is very much preferred
• Ability to do system design based on Microsoft Solutions, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, IIS, ISA etc.
• Excellent knowledge in various storage Solutions, HP, IBM etc.
• A sound background in Virtualization Technologies, VMWare or Citrix
• Advanced knowledge in different Operations Systems environment. Windows, AIX, UNIX, LINUX
• Implements OS security technologies, e.g. System hardening processes
• Good working knowledge of TCP/IP and other common networking protocols.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel overseas when required.
