Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Responsible for the P&L, from the top line (turn/over) to the bottom line (profit & loss).
- Oversee marketing and sales functions, and the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve annual sales.
- Develop account management plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through goals.
- Understand customer operating environment and help create services value for their organization
- Work with vendors/contractors as well as internal pre-sales and post-sales consultants to manage and ensure high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to the management.
- Visit customers, resolve problems and perform presentations.
- Negotiate and prepare quotations and proposals.
- Manage product pricing and sales proposals.
- Maintain regular reviews with resellers and partners.
- Account management, retention and growth
- Identifies and evaluates business development opportunities
- Leads contract negotiations with customers and secure win-win partnerships
- Meets and exceeds annual sales targets
- Serves as a single point of contact for clients
