• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/IT
• Good communication skills, self-motivation and excellent logical thinking are required
• Proactive, positive approach
• Able to work independently or as a team and remain highly motivated.
• At least 2 years experience in System and Storage / Network Infrastructure or Security field
• Process MCITP or CCNA will be an added of advantage

Requirements :

• To be able to implement projects, support and troubleshoot issues.
• Be customer focused, regularly evaluating new technology, available external solutions, business practices, and best practices.
• Providing quality support and management of issues through to resolution.
• Delivery of IT services, covering:
  - Project planning
  - Requirements gathering
  - Documentation
  - Problem escalation and management
  - Troubleshooting and offering workaround solutions
  - Proactive prevention of problems
  - Identification of trends
