• Based in the local country and reporting to the management in Singapore
• Initial setup of the business and its relevant licensing and regulatory requirements
• P & L responsibility
• Manage the business to meet budget targets
• Management of day to day operations including supervision of Technical, Business Support and general office administration
• Direct sales, distribution channels sales and marketing in the Indonesia market
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and Board.
• Identify and co-ordinate profitable marketing, distribution and sales strategies to take advantage of the immediate and longer term opportunities available to the company.
• Understand the market forces and technology direction both locally and country wide
• To set and manage pricing, margins, budgets, territories, channels, sales and marketing plans to ensure profitability and growth.
• Travel to visit customers, potential customers, or joint venture partners to broaden sales avenues via new business relationships.
• Operate and adhere to the Company's quality procedures to assure customer satisfaction and company policy
• Respond to key customers’ RFI, RFQ ( Request for information, request for quote ) and Tenders
• Lead and manage customer presentations, proposals SOP, ensuring there is common understanding of service expectations and solutions between the customer and the company

Requirements :

• A Diploma/Degree in IT/Marketing/Business with at least 2 years of experience in selling commercial enterprise IT solutions and
  Professional Services
• Good knowledge of Enterprise solutions
• Basic understanding of Cisco, 3Com, HP, IBM and LAN/WAN
• Able to achieve sales targets with solutions/professional sales
• Work in a team environment and collaborate with pre-sales and IT team for delivery of solutions
